I & A Engineering was established in 1987 in Northern California. Today the firm has office locations in both Northern and Southern California with a list of clients statewide. The firm has since provided its clients exceptional consulting services in areas of mechanical and electrical design in both the private and commercial sectors. I & A Engineering has performed numerous mechanical and electrical projects from study to evaluation to design to construction administration. The firm has a continued commitment to providing its client first-rate service and unparalleled expertise.
I & A Engineering serves a wide array of clients with a highly customized approach. For the past 30+ years, the firm has been involved in numerous HVAC, plumbing and electrical designs for new construction developments and renovation projects. I & A Engineering has successfully completed of feasibility studies, thermal storages designs, HVAC and plumbing systems, energy management systems, data centers and central plant projects throughout the state of California.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide professional engineering and construction management services to all clients in California involved in facilities construction/renovation, electrical energy production and its efficient use. We make it our priority to complete every project within timeline, on budget and to complete client satisfaction.
I & A Engineering carries out its mission by applying a unique and broad professional experience to each of the client’s business endeavors. We do this by forming a team made up of fellow associates with the appropriate technical skills plus additional support personnel as required. The Technical Leader of the team is the most qualified associate with the most relevant skills and experience necessary to bring the project to a successful conclusion. The manager of the project is the Principal who together with the Team Leader defines the project requirements, determines the execution schedule as well as the individual tasks to be performed. The Principal assumes overall responsibility for the project while the Technical leader ensures the team meets all of the technical requirements in accordance with good professional engineering services.
